Benefits Service Center Specialists (English and Spanish) are able to provide assistance with:
- General State Health Benefit Plan questions and the enrollment process
- Benefits questions for voluntary benefits (dental, vision, FSA, life insurance, disability, group legal plan, and ID theft protection)
- Benefits enrollments / changes for voluntary benefits (dental, vision, FSA, life insurance, disability, group legal plan, and ID theft protection)
- Review of your voluntary benefit plan elections
- Updating your life insurance beneficiaries

Monday - Thursday: 8:00am to 6:00pm
Friday: 8:00am to 5:00pm
